How do I ride this segment?

The Bartinney Skyfall trail is on the Bartinney Estate wine farm just off Helshoogte Road and forms part of the Banhoek Conservancy trail network. On a bike, the trail is best approached from the Botsmanskop single track.

Riders must purchase a day permit (if not already a year member) to ride these trails. Permits for the Banhoek Conservancy can be bought using the Zapper payment app. You can either scan the code online here or at Grind Coffee in Stellenbosch or on some of the partnering farms. Further information is available on the Banghoek Conservancy website.

Haha, well done. That is definitely not really a downhill. It does go down but doesn't feel like it does. Challenger definitely had the right bike for it although a hardtail may even be faster...

I reckon Martin could even shave another 5-10 seconds off that time if not more.

Well done! That is a *** load of peddling for a downhill course... wow. Love the full dirt roadie / xc look with the aero helmet, skin tight lycra, long stem, 100mm, crazy head angle no bouncy bits at the back! Horses for courses and the Kom got KO'd, just goes to show. Would be interesting to see what your enduro rig would delver as well. :)
