Reminds me of the old "Legalise my Cannondale" kit.
I'm not a big fan - looks like it was thought up last minute rather than designed. I also have OCD and when shirt and shorts don't match my right eye lid starts to quiver.

Looks like they forgot the flag then just decided to slap on the bog standard flag pic with no integrating it in to the rest of the kit like every other national champs kit.
