Cycling South Africa’s Coaching Commission will be hosting a Track Training Camp for athlete’s squad selection for the 2013 National Junior Team in Cape Town, from 10th to 16th December 2012.
The Track Training Camp will also be used as an entrance and exit strategy for the 2013 Cycling SA / SSISA (Sport Science Institute of South Africa) Talent Identification Camps.
An open invitation to attend this Track Cycling Training Camp is extended to all cyclists whom will be eligible to participate in the junior age category next year. Focus will be two fold: Team Sprint and Team Pursuit. As such, BMX, mountain bike, and road endurance cyclists are encouraged to attend. Other cyclists whom would like to attend may make written application to do so.
The cost to attend the Track Training Camp, which will be held at the Bellville Velodrome, is R1000 per cyclist.
