According to Nicola Collins, FNB W2W Rider Experience, the FNB Wines2Whales Rider Open Days will give riders the opportunity to test a section of the FNB W2W routes. “Riders will also get the opportunity to test their fitness levels a head of the 2013 FNB W2W Adventure, Ride and Race. The FNB W2W Rider Open Day will not follow a race format, but instead will use a self timing system. Results from the 50km W2W Rider Open Day will contribute towards final FNB W2W seeding,” says Collins.

Anybody got a decent update on the state of the trails, and will they be enjoyable come Sunday?
It's pretty wet around here. I received an email warning that the route has changed and that extra caution was needed when riding in muddy conditions.
