Emotional wins for Hoffman and Stander at the Argus

· By Press Office · 1 comment

It took Nolan Hoffman ten years but he finally did it. The sprinter from Paarl won Sunday’s Cape Argus Pick n Pay Momentum Cycle Tour after coming so close so many times. Brad Brown from Cycle Talk SA caught up with Hoffman to talk about his win and what it means to him to win in Cape Town.

It was also an emotional day for Cherise Stander who dedicated her win to her late husband Burry as well as her Gran, who passed away recently. The Voice of cycling Phil Liggett also joins Brad on this week’s Cycle Talk SA as well as Bonitas Pro Cycling’s Luthando Kaka to talk a bit about the Velokhaya programme that saw him get his start in cycling.

That was a toughly contested final 20 kms and one helluva sprint finish.

Well done, The Hoff' & Team
