This week on MTB Talk SA, Brad Brown spoke to Deon Steyn to find out more about the series and what it is doing for mountain biking in South Africa.

This week’s show also features Dr Kirsten van Heerden a sports psychologist who talks about the importance of setting realistic, achievable goals when it comes to mountain biking. The Brad and Kirsten also discuss how to go about setting those goals and making sure you achieve them.
