  1. i also had a bad experience with him, i bought shifters from him on behalf of someone else. First I did not receive the shifters so i called his bank and reported that I have been scammed, I had to make a case at the police station and then they blocked his bank account. He then sent me the shifters and begged that I call the bank to remove the block as his salary gets paid into that account. I only called the bank once I received the shifters. A week or 2 later after my friend fitted the shifters, the 1 shifter was faulty, i messaged him about it but he just ignored my messages

  2. on the current e-tube, the screens is different but settings is the same.

Once you have E-tube installed, you connect your charger to your laptop/PC and open e-tube.

I am not at home so I am unable to check the settings but going to guess from what I remember

    Then select Customize

    Select the Rear Deraileur

You should see an option to set gear limits and set it to None/No Limit

  4. Just a heads up. I have sent 2 garmin products to their repair centre for assessment. It arrived there the 3rd of August and I am still waiting. I have been emailing them but they stopped replying, I called them today, the call centre agent tells me they still busy with the 20th September units they received. I asked to speak to a manager, the agent told me the manager will tell me the same thing, I insisted to speak to a manager but apparently the manager was on a "call". I am still waiting for a call back. A few years ago when I sent a unit in, everything happened within 1 week.
