  5. We are so sorry girls and guys. We were in a flat panic on Sat as we left it as late as we possibly could before pulling the plug. The weather just didnt play along and for everyones safety we decided to call it. We put the update on all social media and the partners all shared it but we didnt post here. We will be better next time. We have learned from the process and next time we will be a bit better. We will be arranging another event at Jonkers when the weather is a bit warmer. Thanks W&M
  6. Hi guys. We are monitoring the weather. But yes we are definitely on 🤘🏽
  7. So our plan is that we going to film the advanced beginners and intermediate tracks on sat and then you can watch the video and highlight what you want the coaches to show you. We can discuss this before each of the groups leave so that we can set expectations. Hope that helps.
  8. Hey guys. Thank you so much for the feedback. We hear you. Its so difficult balancing out the two types of bikes while still giving everyone a great experience. For this ride we having a coach leading the group and sweepers at the back to keep everyone together. We hoping that controls the pace and keeps everyone together. We really want it to be a great day for everyone, so would appreciate your support.

  14. Hey girls and Guys, We will be doing a group ride at MTO Trails - Jonkershoek this coming Sunday 16 April. The aim for the ride is to show people the trails that will be included in the Western Cape Enduro Lite event (Melissa and I will be riding Iron Monkey after for whoever wants to join) These are Red Phoenix and Armageddon. So details for the ride... Time: Meet at 8am, ride at 8:15am Place: MTO Trails - Jonkershoek Distance: +- 17Km Elevation: +- 700m Est ride duration: 3 hours Permits: Available at the gate They trails are marked as red trails. Red trails are harder than blue but slightly easier than black. Obstacles on the trails have B-lines but trails are loose, rocky and rutted at the moment. Please keep this in mind should you wish to join. And remember... ride within your limits.
  15. THEY ARE ALL ROCKY at the the moment hahahaha. Well except DH. Ironic...
  16. Hey there! Definitely only 5 stages. The enduro is due to start at 2pm. Registration opens at 12 (noon). Apparently its cooler that way.
  17. Hi Guys, Pipeline is a combination of supanova and Owloon A on trailforks. Hope that helps. There is no trail section for it. but its a short 800m piece of trail. Have a look at the map attached. those are the 5 stages. Let me know if you have any other questions W
  18. We are not specialized brand ambassadors and after reading that, I'm glad we are not hahaha. We have a partnership with Spez Paarl, but only because we are involved with Paarl Trails and Wine Lands Trails. We really do like the brand, but its because Darren gives us amazing support and the bikes enable us to show people the awesome trails we do. Its win win and we get to put more bums on seats because of where those bikes take us. Thats all we aim for at the end of the day, irrespective of which brand. Also, I dont really think we are influencers haha. We see us more as encouragers
  19. Jonkershoek and Contermans if you love downhill
