  1. So are photocromic lenses better then the different coloured lenses then? Secondly are thre a pair of adidas sunglasses that take just full prescrition and not the inserts? I was told by the sales lady at Classic eyes that there are, but i cant seem to find the exact model of these adidas glasses. Ive been told they are a new model but I cant find anything about them. Thanks for all the info, much appreciated.
  2. Durban people are always fickle in making their minds up. They cant commit to anything, very strange indeed. I'll do my best to try and drum up some support and people. Maybe its the cost of the training that puts people off, I cant seem to get my head around it. Maybe for Durban a shorter/cheaper course? What do you think?
  3. When are you going to be coming to Durban to do a course, Im desperate to do one. Can you organise a course in Durban is possible, Ill help in getting numbers together to make it possible. Also whats the cost of the course?
  4. They would be local lenses that have my presription, but I can get them so that the lenses change colour in differant light conditions. They can also make them prescirtion with just a yellow full full prescrition lens. They are normal glasses that are made to look like sun glasses( which I like) and the air flow around your eyes is great as well. Ive seen them advertised in the UK at 137 pounds, they are going locally for R2700. Do you think its a good idea to go this route?
  5. Ive found the frames, there is a link attached as well. Thanks if you can do something. http://www.adidas.com/Eyewear/content/products/10244/ambition-spx-fullrim-8-base. From what they told me at Classic eyes, they lenses can be easily popped out and replaced with different types of coloured lenses as well.
  6. Ive seen a pair of adidas frames at Classic Eyes(green & black) that can be done with a full presciption lens as opposed to the inserts. Have you seen these? Can u get them cheaper cause you work for adidas?
  7. Has anyone tried the Tifosi range of glasses with optical inserts? They dont look to bad and are priced more reasonably then the Oakley & rudy project. The idea of looking through a full prescription lens appeals to me more. Whats it like looking through the little inserts? Doesnt it only give a partial view.
  8. Can u get a set of differant lenses made up? I dont want to have to take out a second mortgage just to see while riding, although it would help.
  9. The only thing about those adidas frames was the air flow around your eyes doesnt seem to good.
  10. Anyone know the best frames to look at if I want to get some presciption lenses out into them. I cant wear contacts. Ive looked at the adidas range, but they dont seem to great, also very expensive
  11. That was in a film studio. No ones been to the moon
  12. I think that this will be just to big, any offers? Its a 2004 Blur, with marzocchi fork? Also does anyone know where i kind find the specs on the frame & possibly the geometry.
  13. Yeah, lucky her.Not so me, dont know how I would justify a third bike and none for her, lol. So happy days i guess
  14. How does this stuff come, It sounds great stuff? Where would u get it from?
  15. Correction, after measuring her myself she is 162cm, not sure if it makes much differance though
  16. Where would I be able to find out about the geometry of the frame? I cant seem to find anything.
  17. Ive been gven the chance to adopt a Santa Cruz blur frame(for free), I want to do it up for the wife. Size wise if the frame is a medium and the wife is 160cm tall would it be worth doing up for her or rather do it up for myself(Im 180cm).
  18. Just had fantastic service from CWC, not only did they blow all competion away with their prices(no LBS or other online stores came close), they pretty much matched CRC prices. Great info and awesome customer service, and Ill have my parts Monday.
  19. Why would it be racist if you did something? Wouldnt it just be assault?

I have looked at them(first accent), but they look like you would get very hot int them? Im still hoping on the Fox ventilators. look light material with removable chamois, so can double as shorts. They are expensive though - R1200.
  21. Well said. It makes me sick that these unions do what they do. Its why they got rid of them in certain countries.
