indieVelo syncs with 3rd party training apps, eg. Intervals.icu workout of the day, whereas Zwift only does TrainingPeak (as far as I know).

“To be honest, I was just busy with my sprint. I just thought: to the finish, to the finish, to the finish… I saw that she started cheering, but it was not yet clear whether I would go over it. So I had to wait first.
I felt I had a little more speed, but I wasn't sure if it was enough. The fact that I am now winning here is very nice. But I also have mixed feelings here. Actually a triple feeling, with the accident on the road, the restart and of course I can also relate to Lorena. It also needs to sink in for a while. We are at the start with the idea of racing at full speed. Then all kinds of things happen and then you stand here as the winner.
This gave us a short and intense race. We were immediately released from the restart. So 150 calm ladies suddenly became crazy bulls.” said Marianne Vos, Team Visma | Lease a Bike

So he's finally accepted that a 5th Tour win is not going to happen.
I'm not a fan of his, doesn't imply I dislike him... I'm just not a fan.
He's was good rider when in his prime, and it's good to see he's now accepted that his competition has surpassed his ability.

Hopefully Disney+ will be filming this season along with the first two.
I know of at least one person that received a ban/sanction that is missing from the SAIDS list. I’m sure there are more, as the list is incredibly short for 2011 to now.
60.5Km to go for the men at Amstel Gold. Will see how far I get riding with Anna Amber, before they cross the line. I’m guessing 48-50Km for me.
Made it to 50.5Km

It would have been an added bonus if Tread Mag published the series dates in the same article, to help guide the decision on how many “monthly subscriptions” would be required, vs. an annual one.

It’s been a while since I’ve completed a (metric) century. Seems summer came to an abrupt end… one layer to three.

And here I thought it was just a sticka that one peels off.
Hard luck on the actual incident. Never nice to read about it, let alone see it happen.
Motivation and expectation can be interlinked to some extent. Expectations can influence motivation by shaping what one perceives as achievable or a desirable outcome.
So you may need to lower your expectations (fitness level, duration, and effort levels) so it feels more motivating to achieve but not too low that it feels like a waste of time and motivation disappears.
Talking to others helps too, so it’s great you’re reaching out.
find your fun, and have fun.

If done in the doctor’s room, the medical aid would most likely cover it. Obviously it depends on the cover, but mine is covered for someone on a plan that is network-specific.
The doc putting me to sleep might not be covered fully. I need to ask.
