  6. https://www.teamvismaleaseabike.com/video/news/video-van-aert-about-his-recovery/ Official statement by Visma Lease a Bike: More than two weeks after his crash in Dwars door Vlaanderen, Wout van Aert is already doing much better. His fractures are recovering well and he has already been carefully riding indoors for the first time. But there has been no serious training yet. Therefore, in consultation with the team, he has decided not to start in the Giro d'Italia. Christophe Laporte will replace Van Aert in Italy.

  16. so with the winter slowly approaching in the Cape. I have been wondering how to negotiate running throughout as this will be my first winter. the majority of my runs will be in the afternoons. I think a base layer and a shirt should mostly be fine. maybe a windbreaker in case. anything else seems like overkill, probably. How do you Kaapenaars manage training throughout the winter?
  17. No one will get hurt in the Arenberg when the entire peloton wipes out in the turn before the Arenberg. Big brain move by the Paris Roubaix management
  18. can i just bring my own doctor to administer my drips in the comfort of my air BnB instead?
  19. Last year WvA won E3, then lost Flanders and Roubaix. Hoping it goes the other way around this year.
