Complain to Mavic Europe if the problem lies here. I had a similar problem a few years back concerning the Giro Switchblade helmet I ordered. Had a range of excuses from the local agents, when I contacted the responsible distributorsoverseas (Giro Ireland) who contradicted half the excuses. Then I had the local agents insulting and kaking on me. Long story short, I got the lid but only after a protracted process. Laughable...

So I can't speculate on what their processes are, they may need to upload it all in one go.

That really is poor, the editorial do have an ethical and legal obligation to clarify the source of an image. This is why I place a copyright logo on ANY image that I put online now. @brokespoke & wonder woman- Although I shoot for both places you mentioned, I can't speak for them. I don't think there would be a problem posting the image on a forum, but the best bet would be to contact them directly first, if you are unsure.

Does this apply to SA-Mtb as well? The CSA site is hardly a well of information on this. Maybe I can still try and use my old SAMBA licence
