Smoked my last cigarette at 8:30 this morning. I feel fine at the moment. No strange cravings to be honest. I did prepare myself mentally for the past two weeks. Every single cig I smoked I told myself how *** it tastes etc. Also did the audiobook version of Allan Carr's Easy way to quit. Understanding addiction is the first step to recovering from it. Seems to be working quite well.

Back in the day i slipped off a set of beartraps and ripped my right shin pretty much from ankle to knee. Not a pretty sight. The shin bone still feels dented and the scar tissue is super thin.

I normally use a little bit of sunlight liquid under the grip to get it to slip off. Use a syringe from the pharmacy to squirt it in. Afterwards just rinse it out and let it dry. As for cutting the bars... Not sure, never cut a carbon bar before. I guess a hacksaw with a very fine blade should be ok but don't take my advice on that.

Any dips or bumps on the trail should see the rear work a bit. 75% compression is more than fine. As long as you don't bottom out the shock it should be fine.

No problem at all. Ive done a lot of automotive covering with car audio installs. The theory should be the same. Just need to get to Bloem to get what is left of my Flite Ti. It got bashed pretty bad with downhill and trials.

Thanks Patches The susser is actually my Fuji XC bike with the seat dropped. Might see if my old Wheeler 15" is still at my folk's place. Just needs a few good parts to get it back to its former glory. Was a slalom/trails bike when I still raced.
