Good day Tech guys and ladies. I want to buy a BB30 to BSA adapter for my new frame. Now I found two BB's that will work (I think) but their prices are quite different. The one might just be easier to install than the other one. Can you Tech guys please help me. And one can use this stand to clap carbon frames or carbon seat posts?

Hi Hubbers, I am looking to get a bike stand to service my bike. I don't want to buy a Park stand as it is to expensive for me. I was thinking of using a normal bike stand, (the one which you put on the floor and hook your chain stays on it), and put this whole story on a table and fix the bike from there. The only things is I don't know how I am going to hold the front end down. Do you guys have any suggestions as to what I can try or have you made something that works for you? Thanks again. Eckardt

I compared the two watches on the Suunto website and only found that the Strap material and the lens material is different. Now is it really worth R 1000 more on the peak sapphire just for those to things? Please feel free to comment on this subject. Regards

You can always go and join the Cyclelab MTB group on Saturday mornings from 7 AM in the winter and 6 AM in the summer, where I think most people start. You don't have to pay to ride, its for free. There are 3 groups. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. You will also get to know people that loves what you do. I also started there and made a lot of friends that know more routes that you can think of.
