um this is old news .... plus it not nice to see this over and over again, its kind of getting to me.

thanks for the help and advice..... i will give a short report back on my solo adventure!!! i am actaully hoping for some snow, it will make it all the more special.

you forgot to mention all thermo cycling kit as well i was looking for suggestion on trails etc... or is it simply easy enough to just go on my own mission and find a route out ofr myself??

i'm going away to the cedarberg for the long wkd, i was looking to get some hints on where to going mtbing..... the gretaer the distance, the better.... need to do some training for intervarsity at the end of the month. any suggestions....

i am actually looking on behalf of someone else, my brother, who has a good job (i'm a students still) and basically has more money to spend on buying a bike. i have little knowledge of top end mtb, seen as i am a roadie. he spotted a yeti on bikebay going for R15000, and he was askin me if it was a good buy. i'll get the pic and specs now...

Can anyone here vouch for the quality of these bikes? are they a reliable? i'm new to mountain biking (and hubbing) and i was just wondering if these bikes are all they cranked up to be?! any comments would be great
