My wife rides with a Specialized Ruby after she went for a fitting with them. She has been very happy with it.
You need to go sit on thier 'ass-o-meter'in order to get the correct size seat as they make all their seats in 3 different sizes. Only then will you get one which will work with your specific body geometry...
sabie, but that is my point last year I managed fine, this year it is chaos.
I wouldn't call it chaos, just a bit of an inconvenience... Last year the event was not split as the MTN series on the saturday and Nissan series on the sunday, so it might have something to do with the sponsors of the events?
Which race are you entering for. For sabie i had to do different payments as its the MTN events on the saturday and the Nissan events on the sunday. For dullstroom I had no problems as everything is on one day
I had no problems when entering for me and my wife for different distances...
I've got the Richey Superlogic carbon post on my MTB and I must say I love it. The clamp works easily with the 1 bolt system and it looks sexy on my bike...

I don't think Discovery will subsidize crossfit boxes, purely due to the admin involved. Each box is in effect a private gym and has nothing to do with another box, whereas with Virgin they probably only deal with head office, and its Virgin's problem to allocate the money to each gym?

I am getting the 910 now with plans to start doing triathlons with it. Its got the same bike functionality as the edge 500 with the added bonus that you can use it for swimming and running as well.

Shes also part of team RECM so I'm not sure about this. I wonder if Lourens Luus will do the epic in 2014. If Anika and Ariane rides together and Erik and Nico then maybe a new mixed team of Cherise and Lourens will compete in the mixed?
We went riding Jonkershoek on Monday. We saw Sauser and Erik kleinhans with Sipho. Funny, Erik was on a brand new Epic Sworks. Just made me wonder. But I doubt if we wil see Jaro again
Team RE:CM is in specialized next year so that will explain the S Works. According to the team announcement they will be targeting the mixed category at the Epic so I think hell be riding with Ariane again
I used a pair of lakes for 9 months before they came apart. Very comfy but not as durable as they should be

My wifes first bike was a mens bike. We simply changed the stem to a shorter one and fitted a Ladies saddle and it was basically the same as a womans specific geometry.
You don't need to buy a womans specific bike. You can buy a mens bike and make a few tweaks and you will have just as much fun...
can anyone explain to me how to strip the Look Quartz mtb pedals ( not the carbon ones)? they are squeeking like **** . Can i do it without the tool or should i buy one and where? ( Cape Town)

I dont think you can strip them. And they have been discontinued so you will not be able to find spares in any case.

O would say the top one is a fake. On the Ritchey Carbon Bars the word Ritchey is on one side of the stem and Carbon on the other. I have never seen it all on one side as in the picture...
And the font is not correct either which is a dead giveaway...

Well it all depends if you want to remove the front wheel everytime you load it I think. Will it be for a road bike or moantain bike? I am not to sure how good those kind of loading systems is for the fork?
I was told by the dealer that the Pro Ride is better for Carbon framed bikes. For Alu frames he said it does not really make a difference.
