  1. Ineos have a couple of super doms. Depends of course who makes the team.
  2. Hopefully Yates, don’t think Thomas can do it.
  3. Won't be winning yellow this team, not even sure they will stay with Ineos.
  4. The route has been brutal but when you have Ganna and Jumbo riding like madmen at the front dropped riders have zero chance of getting back. It has been brilliant to watch! There will definitely be opportunities for him at the Tour, although I suspect racing will be even harder.
  5. Still trying to work out why they brought Groenewegen to this race 😵
  6. You can go out to Cradle on road via Hendrik Potgieter, Ondekkers or William Nicol/Cedar road. Ondekkers most dangerous and Cedar probably least dangerous, For MTB you can go via Beyers Naude or Cedar then out the back of Broadacres. Careful at the informal settlement when going Beyers.

  8. Why didn't you follow GPS? (or the ebikes?) Well done on the result, it was bloody tough out there. Personally I thought the GPS route wasn't great, took many wrong turns.
  9. Complex problem. Do you have password complexity enabled? Is it possible to use other authentication providers? Google, Microsoft etc. With millions traded thru this site surely it’s not a question of if, but when user accounts are comprised.
  10. Splitting events as mentioned already. See Great Zuurberg Trek has 2 events now. The normal event and then the ebike event, where normal bicycles are allowed but focus is on ebikes. PS: What is the view on chipped and derestricted ebikes? I'll feel cheated if my bike is "normal".
  11. I had a 2017 Scalpel Si3 which I have been riding for past couple of years. Its early days but the only the only noticeable difference for me is the front suspension. The Lefty felt more plush but I suspect it is due to me riding the bike off the shop floor without any setup. The AXS is light years ahead of XX1/XO mechanical combo. Don't have a view on the brakes yet, had XT on the Scalpel and Level on the Cypher. So far so good, might change the saddle or just get used to it.
  12. Bike check on Friday around the ‘hood 30km and did a proper ride today 100+km. Bike feels fantastic, setup needs tweaking specially front suspension and steerer must be trimmed. I really enjoy the wider bars and AXS. Handles very well in single track and feels nimble. Didn’t ride anything super technical but short steep up and down feels great. The grips feel too thin but easy to sort out. Bike is standard but I changed to 34T and added Power2Max. I also changed tyres to Ardent Race and Ikon. I like this bike!
  13. Collected mine yesterday! Only short ride this morning but will test properly this weekend. 😎
  14. Win on Sunday, ride to next race on Monday
  15. Yes … provided the race is not geo-blocked. Giro is available in SA
  16. If you receive a fine you can tell CSA to do one. There are no gravel rules published by CSA so how will this event be sanctioned? Cannot use road rules because of bar width etc.
  17. Can't help but feel that he should be racing on UCI World Tour.
  18. You can park at Sparkling Waters or Canopy Tours, should give you around 10km to the top. Short section will be on tar road.

    The Classics

Unless the team goes all in on Rog I can't see him taking it. He finds himself isolated too often with team mates going for glory. UAE is coming with a single goal (and a very very strong team) and that is Pog in yellow.
