You can do with it whatever you like, but for the sake of better human understanding, please just ensure your tyre brand logos are aligned with your rim logos and valves. Looking at some pics on this thread is making my eyes go into spasms.

I don't have that problem.  My black rims have black decals.

the logo alignment on those wheels is murdering my OCD . . . to the point that the missing dropper post and suspension fork and drop bars don't annoy me half as much as they normally would.

Maybe I should convert my Rapide to a gravel mountain bike.

I know of a shop doing that

I know a shop that sells AliExpress items for almost the same price as the name brand items.  I found that out when I inquired about a price on a chain ring.

Maybe it is the same quality, maybe not.

Edit:  I source my own products and I let the LBS fit it, that way I know what I buy.

Possibly XD, not in a rush waiting for the correct deal to pop up.
One way I knew was whenever someone posts something about a HT I agreed and liked it and whenever a DS was posted in the forum I was searching for a reason why the HT will be better, So I was searching for reasons to go HT and that alone tells me that I decided to go HT :)

but always nice to hear peoples thoughts and opinions ;)

    Silverback Superspeed?

I have never felt wider and softer tyres can really compensate enough for the lack of suspension, but maybe I just have one of those older HTs that rattle your teeth!

That said I the vibes I pick up from the OP is that he has already decided to get a HT, its really just up to the hub to help decide which one! 🤣

A nice HT can't compare to a DS.  You can take some of the harshness out of your ride.

main reason why you went to HT ?

Was it for Maintenance, Speed, weight, fun factor ?

The fun factor is the number one reason by far. Second reason, the creaking pivots made me crazy (maintanance).

It's nice (comfortable) to ride a DS, but I enjoy a HT way more.

Mountain bikers who say they prefer hardtails over full suspension are just engaging in mental gymnastics to cope with being too poor to ride a full suss

I had two dual susp bikes and I sold both, stuck with my ht.

Nice. Lets Go! It's going to be such an epic day out.

@Matt would you mind renaming the Thread to WC Enduro Round 2 please? Thanks.

    There is one.
