Well then, whatever you do, DO NOT go ride one...
By sheer luck, I had one on Saturday whilst in George. What an absolute jol!
The most non-e-bike e-bike out there! Lightweight enough to pedal with no assistance when the battery dies and not as comically powerful as other MTB e-bikes I've been on.
Already decided this will be my next n+1...

At least he'll be doing it in style...

Exhausted everything I could, 60k from fitness activities, the health check (cholesterol has always been >5) is an area to improve for 2023. I left it too late to see a registered Dietician, which would have pulled me over the line.
It certainly isn’t as easy as in the past, when I would finish the year on 120k points, but it is still achievable.
This was us with 5 days to go...
Got the last needed points with a lazy 30 minute ride

Ja, I had the same - my Friday morning ride still not converting to points last night, so I used the chat function on their website to find out what's going on. Person on the other side advised there is a delay in the system updating and will eventually pull through. Three hours later and my points are showing...

I suppose that the route too twisty for a roadie style group effort
Oooh! Leaders lapping Masters group now. Interesting dynamics now…

Jip they are still there.
Oss and Vermeersch looking good at the front with still over 4.5 minutes lead with 36km to go. Don’t think they’ll be caught

ooooh... I only see now it shops from China and you'll between 10 October and sometime in December. Not ideal. I thought it was local. 🙃

Yep... proper mano e mano racing coming up with discounted UAE & J-V teams for Tadej and Jonas. AND watching Maincheese riding with some gusto is just the cherry on top for me.
You guys think yesterday was good?... CANNOT wait to see these two in action today.
I hope there are matches left for Alpe d'Huez!

The Brits are gonna lose their minds... especially after yesterdays ride.
From the official Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl website, Cav is a reserve rider.

Ever-so-slightly quicker shifting and a few grams saved, but you're too scared to take the trailer queen out when its moist? Yeah nah yeah.
Mud, don't talk to me about mud.....

Happy towel day!
Anyone know if the Maglia Rosa got a penalty for launching his water bottle at a rider on Blockhaus climb yesterday?

You get 25% of a max spend of R2000 per month, so R500 discount.
The voucher is extra discount on the final payment.
Are you a bank customer? It gets more confusing with miles and double discount day (15th).
Yup, I can confirm this. Also bought a strap late last year and went through as gear @25% off when on diamond. We did try the device benefit first but did not work.

Thule sells them in a pack of two - R250ish - from Solomons, CycleLab... plenty of places I'm sure. I bought and used it on Buzzrack and it worked fine.
