So the Makrodale saga just sort of cooled down. Hold on to your Makrodale, because Walmart in the US of A just announced they are enterring the high end bike market with these bikes. And I give you Viathon. Yes, it sounds like a new fizzy multi vitamin. Prices are between $2400 and $6000 for these machines. So are these bikes coming here and are Makro going to enter the higher end market?

It comes down to personal preferrance - or for some what is "in fashion" at the moment. I like a Camelback. Will always use it. I also like a clean looking bike that nothing can fall off of.

100mm fork to 120mm is not a problem. Your head and seat angle is going to slacken 1 deg, maybe 1,5 deg. And the BB is going to raise. Nothing is going to change so much that your bike will be unridable. Its possibly going to be better.

The only potato that is low gi is the Carisma potato. Used to get it at Checkers, but have not seen it for a long time.
