  1. This. reeks of being caught red handed dealing in stolen goods. If you know about taking bikes to CWC for a service, and know about ebike batteries being faulty, you also know that if you are buying a spez e-bike in Kylemore for 4.5k, you are buying stolen sh!t! i hope people get taught some serious life lessons out of this…
  2. Not gonna lie, i recently had a silly fall (broke my scaphoid), but i scratched my brand new oneup carbon bars across the front as they tucked and slid along the ground. The controls also all rotated on the bars. i now trust them as much as politicians a month away from election day 🤣…
  3. Instructions unclear. Installs no-name carbon bar on downhill bike.
  4. Perhaps then a pre-load issue? Or even some grit between external spacers. If im not mistaken, those transmissions are Dub-wide 55mm chainline, so takes a few external spindle spacers on both the drive side and non drive side. I know my xx1 dubs do. (4.5mm drive side) for 52mm. I ‘stick’ mine together with waterproof grease.
  5. On that frame, likely the “P” word? The wheels-MFG BSA bb on one of my bikes is going on 5y old now. Never been opened. Smooth as a salamander dipped in KY. Remove chain and watch crank spin for days. I have them on all my bikes, including a back up one in my parts bin i found lying on the sales table at CWC one day for half price - like nobody knew what it was. Never grabbed sonething so fast🤣
  6. You’re doing it wrong. The correct way to protest its removal and advocate for its return is just to say: I
  7. 500 cable inner end caps…R100. No need to beg the bikeshop for a few loosies like a hobo everytime. Enough for the rest of my time on this planet.
  8. Came here to confirm the culprit. Was not disappointed😅 anyway, if you have been keeping an eye on classifieds you would have noticed the trend of stuff not selling and prices going lower every second week or so. There are amazing things on here that have seen a reduction in price of nearly 50% since end 2023. Great time to be a buyer for sure. Amazing deals to be had especially if you are building. only advice I can give at this stage is it’s not a great time to sell a full bike. Not even a frame judging by some of the adverts.
  9. Edit: you blinked and missed it
  10. Doesn’t matter what your feelings are towards the brand…truth is they’ll likely sell more of these than SRAM can ever wish for 🤷🏻‍♂️ And then here I am, sold my AXS, went back to XT because i couldn't care about charging a bicycle AND just bought me a Linkglide XT groupset to replace this when the time comes. I’m over paying sh!t tons of money for consumables like a drivetrain. Imagine having to replace the gearbox in you car every 5k km lol. ( probably would still be cheaper than bicycle drivetrain thats the sick part. If we had permanent shuttles around i would run my enduro bikes single speed. Added bonus of more efficient rear suspension. R2k for a chain, 8k for a cassette etc etc…nah, im done.
  11. Silver/raw csixx speedring to complete the look👀
  12. Ok ok.. 40 going on 41 197cm (96cm inseam) size 13-14 UK shoe 87kg XL mtb’s 64cm+ road/gravel bikes Metal head, but i’ll listen to anything good.
