@Cheabb78. Just because many people ride on the M4 doesn't make it legal. The M4 Ruth First is marked as such freeway at Argyle Road where it begins in the South. Having said that there are safe cycling passing signs over the Umgeni River! Either way it's a tragedy on the M4 again...
