  1. Another vote for Lezyne, the build quality is fantastic! I bought the Lite Drive 800XL from EvoBikes. Please note, I do road biking.
  2. Sad to see, not a nice way to start your morning as business owner.
  3. This will be your best or worst upgrade to your bike. If you know how to train with power, this is an excellent tool! Also rocking a 4iiii on my TCR and wow it is amazing! The reason why I said worst, now you can see how weak you are - well is my case it worked like that!
  4. Tricky one that... I am a moderator on Carbonite and you would be surprised, we deal with bad deals and there are a few very reputable users (with high feedback scores and long time users) that just went south completely and in the end, the said users got banned for life. People are strange and they sometimes clutch out.
  5. Bumping this thread. I ALWAYS ride with my lights (front and back) and yes this includes daylight. Even for my short Uni commutes it helps quite a lot in traffic so that motorists are aware that you are behind them when you are passing on the left.
  6. Sadly I wanted to buy another two sets but I see Dischem does not stock them anymore... Needed to opt for Cadence bottles instead.
  7. Tsek brah, the GP5000s are brilliant rubber!
  8. Yes, I did indeed. Don't know how Dale did not get a puncture - I was unlucky with a thorn.
  9. David, I love these totals add-on. Very exciting to see all those totals of 2019.
  10. :: Thanks for the new profile pic 'Dale ::
  11. 100% correct - we were Team MTB Goats in the blue. I am a full roadie, so I took along my cyclocross bike and did a bike change before the gravel sections. You can see our routes here: Day One Day Two Was a super nice adventure and I want to upgrade the cyclocross bike to make it more enjoyable for the next trip.
  12. AND WE HAVE A WINNER! It was super nice to finally meet the fellow Bike Hubber Mamil. I struggled a bit on those roads because I was on an old school cross bike with cantilever brakes and 3.5bar tyres (running tubes). But hey, it was great fun! The downhill was a bit scary and I got a pinch flat on one section.
  13. Outsourcer with a slight twist. I can keep my bike clean, replace chains and tyres but that's about it. I don't take my bike to a shop, I support my home mechanic instead and trust him with my life.
  14. If you mean, Boerboel, nope. The one and only Boxer.
