  1. Anyone hear or know about this, hope this guy/chick recovers soon. From news24: Cape Town - A cyclist is in a serious condition in hospital after hitting a brick wall head-on in Camps Bay, Cape Town on Sunday, paramedics said. ER24 spokesperson Andre Visser said the cyclist, in his 30s, lost control of his bicycle and hit a kerb. "The cyclist was catapulted over the handlebars and collided head first with a brick wall."   11. i for a good time never had a rear light, when i leave home not much cars on the road, and i do most my commute in mountains, no cars there. But thanks to CWC got a pink light for R20
  12. Running 32x20 just 2nd day on bike after a month long break(Ramadaan(fasting)) Today's commute was To work : 21.1km and climbed 532m From work : 17.8km and climbed 346m My normal commute is To work : 26.0km and climbed 673m From work : 17.3km and climbed 348m Taken from strava

  14. i say, ride you bike anywhere alone in CPT en it can be a problem. the reason i say this I've been riding table mountain for about a year en about 70% of time alone. if a skelem wants my bike he'll take it. I'm not gonna not ride y my bike cz the rest of my group riders are too lazy to wake up, or scared of a bit of wind en rain.

  18. nope collected from post office with my id. this has happened before when i ordered some cellphone covers. no duties!
  19. to add to that , the seller is ppcycleshop, and the price is $43 free shipping. You wont/shouldn't get charged duties, they send it in a nice small little envelope, delivered 2 weeks later......
  20. Ebay, anywhere locally you looking around 500, ordered mine on ebay, paid around R350, postage all inclusive.
