  1. I recently started training again after a year of the bike, and would like to reach the maximum status on our Multiply Rewards program. I see on Momentum's Website, that you get one active day if you burn 300 calories in a session. Is there a way you can get more points when training? Just on yesterdays training ride my calories burnt was 1867 calories. Surely you must get more points for this, or am I missing something? Is there more tips and tricks to reach maximum status?
  2. Morning Hubbers, To those who are part of Momentum Multiply, what is the typical delivery time for items ordered from your online shop? Thanks!
  3. Really disappointed in the Momentum Online Shop. Placed and paid for an order (Garmin GPS) yesterday at 15:00 with my credit card, only to receive no order number or any confirmation from their side. I phoned them this morning to find out what is going on, and can you believe that they claim that they never received any order from my side.... How on earth is it possible to take my money (from a valid order I placed on the online shop) and come with a reply like this? I'm busy sorting it out with them, but now I must give them my bank statements and a lot of unnecessary paperwork that I don't have time for. Momentum Online = Never again
