  1. I'm looking to get a bike fitment done, specifically for XC MTB. Im pretty now on the scene and I don't know what the options are. Would be nice to hear from others that have had fitments done what their experience has been where they were and what the options are. I did a 100km ride this weekend and suffered a fair amount of lower back pain, numb crotch, and towards the end a bit of knee pain. It's quite clear that my setup is not right!
  2. Hi there Had a bike fit done recently and not too happy with it... hands still go a bit numb after a long ride and i am looking for recommendations for an affordable place to get a proper fitment done in the jhb area. thanks all
  3. Hey guys I wish to purchase a road bike but I am not sure what size to get. I am 1.71m tall, and was told I would need a 52 but need to be sure to avoid any injuries. Please advise, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
