  2. Four hundred kilometres of challenging routes have been prepared for the 2015 Trans Hajar Mountain Bike Stage Race. The fifth edition of the race will take place from 30 January to 3 February 2015 with competitors pushing themselves to the limit on an all-new route, including Arabia’s highest peak Jebel Shams (3,028 metres). Driven by Oman Cycling Association, the Trans Hajar is a five-stage multi-day mountain bike race that follows the tried and tested format of a prologue followed by four marathon stages.     Hi Guys While everyone has Cape Epic fever have a look. If you havn't heard yet end of Mar 2014 entries open to a new race in the 2015 MTB race calender. The Transcape race it's a 7 day stage race on the Garden Route from Knysna to Stellenbosch. 7 to 14 Feb 2014 for more info check out the Trancape Facebook Page or Twitter @TranscapeMTB15 http://transcapemtb.co.za/ Sounds like a whole lot of fun and for those brave enough to do Transcape and if you want very good warm up before the 2015 Cape Epic why not look at this race.
