SRAM RED Shifters ... selling/buying

What would you expect to pay for a single 10-spd shifter ... new and/or used.? with 11spd making an entry, but the complete gruppo-change not yet an option for some or most, I believe that there is a still demand for 10-spd components. So what is a fair price for both buyer and seller for a pair of SRAM Red shifters ... or just the left, or just the right?
