Horner a free man. Case dismissed.

Great news. Love him or hate him, he's been the best TP of the last 2 decades and also keeps things entertaining with his dogged approach to fighting other TP's (*cough Toto).

Would love to know what has happened to the lady that made the claims? Is it a case of money can make a problem (or person) disappear?

Or the problem was not really a problem to start with.

F1 is a high pressure environment. Folks in teams sometimes work 36 hours in a row. When teams have races on consecutive ( or 3 ) weekends it’s a very military like organisation. It has to be.

As I imagine most of us have done, I’ve also intensely worked long hours under pressure to get through a ton of work.  My longest spell was 62 hours without a moment’s break other than to make coffee.  My team members worked lesser hours but with the same intensity.  They HAD to get everything right at the right time.  Perhaps this RB complainant needed closer guidance and direction.

I’m convinced that later millenials and Gen Z’s are less willing and perhaps not geared for that.  A few more experienced actors have said similar things about their much younger colleagues.  With Gen Z’s it seems normal life trials are being pathologised.  As an example: Quite a few employers in Europe are finding that Gen Z’s are demanding sick leave for relationship breakups.  Nah, really.

I hear you. And I see it myself. Youngsters have a different view of the world in the west.

One thing to remember is it seems to be a cycle that repeats itself throughout the ages. Each "older" generation accuses the younger generation of not wanting to work as hard.

Maybe it is less an issue of generation, but rather a stage of life issue.

I have much more motivation and joy in my work now than what I had in my 20s while I was still finding myself. 🤷‍♂️

Sorry, all of that is WAY off-topic!

Lets. Go. Racing! My hot take: VCaRB is going to ruin the fun for a couple of mid-pack runners. 😈

Of course, I am a cantankerous old bastard.

but I only see this trend in the west. I have 3 sons. The last one is born a generation after the first one. There are marked differences in how they view the world. Actually quite interesting. But I digress.

yebo yeah, let the red bulls do their thang. Living close to McLaren I support lando. 😂

Nice gesture from Tag and Max. Although max probably does not actually pay for it.

Cars are closer. Going to be an excellent season but 33 looks to remain numba 1.

some early predictions. Sargeant, magnussen, Perez gonna lost their drives. Ferrari are going to win a few races. Russel will outscore 44 again this year. ( like 2022)

alpine are terrible. Damn.

Agree on your predictions and can also add Oscar will be right up there and probably challenge Lando for that McLaren #1 title. I somehow think that despite the brilliant move he made to McLaren, if Lando doesn’t move aside, he will possibly replace LH or SP?

cars are closer but it seems like it will still be pretty much a copy paste. Max out front all boring and the rest of the guys make it exciting for the rest of the positions.

o and I love the new green and black alfa stake or whatever it’s called now. Almost looks like they doing aero testing with that wet paint stuff.

More of the same. Max in a different league.

I saw a graphic after the race - Max Checo 1 2 this year and last year. The gap between Max and Checo between 2023 and 2024 DOUBLED in the favour of Max.

Mad Max.
