Why do I have to wait for more than a week (after they said sorry, they dont have stock), to refund me?

well, after 3 weeks of waiting my xtr parts finally came. They sent me a 10spd chain and I ordered a 9speed one. Cant these people get anythin right????dont buy from buycycle ...ever

In the UK on business placed my order with CRC today, was between two minds on paying for express delivery or taking the free delivery option, in the end being a cheapskate I chose free delivery, decided to phone them up to get an ETA, and they confirm my order will arrive tomorrow
