It is so "you", Crow.thumbup1.gif All I can think of to improve that, is to put a Gobi on the stool.

i miss my pearl exports :/

at least i still have my ephiphone ft140 circa a long time ago, fairly entry level dreadnought acoustic, but has a wicked sound.

and of course my baby, the epiphone les paul standard, black and white electric paired with a marshall amp... ahh they dont ever get touched and fingered enough

.

We play them for their tone...once you get past the brand namesthumbup1.gif

I sold a Takamine and kept a Cort because the Cort sounds so full. As a sound engineer i can tell emphatically that I look forward to mixing a Les Paul, or a PRS. There is just so much tone and presenceclap.gif

That, Mr Crow, is a nice kit. Love the HHX series, again, for their full resonant tone. Glad to see you refrained from the the little 3 x 13 snare everybody seems to buy, but rather went for the fuller effects snare.thumbup1.gif . I have a regular drummer that insist on using a 3x13 as his main snare....I hate that sound with a passion.cursing.gif

Very nice guitar, I have the exact same Ephiphone. The case is just not in such a good condition.

Know what you mean! Have a maple that's my ultimate snare. Spend a good amount of time finding the right combo of top and bottom heads, hoops and snares to get it to work for me. Perfection. Here's another at the same venue using a slightly different set up with my maple snare.
