Now owned by On-One/Planet X in the UK. Most certainly still exist and were bought out in full by the aforementioned in Nov/Dec last year. Website indicates owned by On-One. Seemingly intend to retain and grow the brand not dilute it into some Hyperama rubbish... Your warranty - if you still had one - is out the window obviously, but they will do some pretty special pricing on stuff that would previously have been covered under warranty, so if that's the reason for your post, then get hold of them via the website.
