Google Amashova training guides and you will find the splits at the bottom of the page.

would it be possible to program these splits into my garmin - say create a course or something so you can tell how your pace is doing on race day? aiming for sub 3 on both these races as well..

You should be able to search on the garmin site for a route map, there was a few last time I searched. Look for one with a similar time that what you are aiming at and upload it to your garmin. I think you'll then be able to track your progress against the virtual parner. Not ideal but a possible solutions

battle plan is as follows:

day 1 - 220 km

day 2 - 180 km

day 3 - 160 km

day 4 - 106 km (amashova)

has anyone ever done an audax / cycle over 160km? im thinking i need to get some advice... particularly with regards to nutrition - should i just treat each day as like a 7 hour training ride? take loads of food, energy bars and cytomax - make sure to eat properly etc...?

luckily there is a follow van, so i could just jump in the van when im moeg - but id like to try and ride the whole route....

im fairly confident i can make it as i train quite regularly - although nowhere near these kind of distances!
