Geluk!

Had a mate who use to commute on a bike in the UK , she was still riding up to six months , if you have no complication and all is well . racing on the other hand not so cool .i really like the fact that telling the "other" party is not as important as if and how long you can still ride. nice one

Most Dr`s advise that you take it easy for the first 8 weeks - then you are past the crucial stage.

After that you can go as long as you can go - had a friend that gave spinning up till 8 months and another that ran up till 7 months.

The real riding question is balance. Ride until you start feeling uncomfortable. Minimize your risk of falling and you should be ok?

Pay attention to your body - if your tired - rest.

It takes a lot out of you to bake a bean! - Our first is comming in 3 weeks - will post pics

Congrads and enjoy - now go tell the daddy!

Yup.......What Vinnydabutcher said....

Your risks are crashing and loosing the baby. That and you should keep your HR low.......so no intervals for now....120-140 stuff.

Get advise from the 'Giny'.....ours' is a cyclist himself and gave us good advice!

Life as you know it.....GONE! :D But that is a good thing! ;)

Good luck and enjoy every second!
