MTB Technical Workshop for Women - 23 July

I am organising a 1/2 day workshop on technical mountain-biking skills for women, to be held on 23 July. We have 2 places left if anyone wants to join us.

 

What the course will cover

• Basic bike set-up

• Talk on tyre pressure, shock pressure etc.

• Pedalling

• Single track

• Descending

• Climbing

• Very basic mechanical info

 

Coaches: Erica Green and Spook Groenewald, from Daisy Way Coaching

 

Venue and time: 8.30 am - 12.30 pm, somewhere in the Somerset West/Stellenbosch area.

 

Cost: Currently R170 per person, but may be a bit higher if there are cancellations. Won’t be more than R220 per person.
