CAAD4 Posted July 26, 2011 Share Hey Andre you might well be riding a collector's item, that you paid next to nothing for....
AndreZA Posted July 26, 2011 Share Turn your back on the brand that build you.

gummibear Posted July 26, 2011 Share Turn your back on the brand that build you. I always hoped they would re-make the frame you have.
AndreZA Posted July 26, 2011 Share I always hoped they would re-make the frame you have. You can still get them but they are branded as Bottechia. Edited July 26, 2011 by AndreZA

Danger Dassie Posted July 26, 2011 Share Wonder if they'll carry on with the "Nomad" name then? Just do away with the Raleigh branding.Did a shoot last year with all their entry range, were really good value for money at that price point. Something that's sorely needed, makes the entry point for many first time buyers that bit easier and helps make the sport that bit more inclusive. Longbarn Killer Posted July 26, 2011 Share Longbarn Killer ??? Interesting handle there fella... Should read Killer Longbarn...........if you cycle in PE, you will know the Longbarn circuit and the short, but steep Longbarn climb.

Danger Dassie Posted July 26, 2011 Share Momsen looks like pretty good value for money. Absolutely, although I think Raleigh/Nomad catered to an ever lower price point. Not sure if Momsen does a bike at around 2/3k? Could well be wrong though.Either way, I like it that the guys also look at the lower (for lack of a better phrase) end of the market and cater for commuters, joe/jane soap and those just getting into the sport on a tight budget.
