Seriously, was there this morning and had a chat to Eric just before he was heading out to do final markings on the route.As GrootSeun mentioned, VG is in awesome shape... it's going to be an awesome event! I'm referring to the mini specifically.Nothing against TrailSeeker series (that i'm just using as an example,I'm doing the 5) but a billion people enter then most complain about almost everything afterwards.Here's an event that has been brilliantly put together and the numbers are just not there.Don't get it.Can't be the price, because it's insane value for money considering the spread you get for lunch.. And I know a goodie bag counts for nothing.. But here's one done with thought and not just old office supplies chucked in a used shopping bag. Blah blah blah Anyway, I had an amazing ride today! RedRover Posted August 14, 2011 Share As usual, Leverage Corp delivered! Great venue, organization, and some serious single track. This is mountain biking at it's best. Not easy at all, with 75km of pain and suffering on Day 2! Riding Van Gaalen single track in the dark - just awesome. Not cheap though, but worth every cent. Myself and my wife did the Mini Adventure 45km ride yesterday. I recon for what you pay for this event... you get 100x value for money!! The Leverage races are always well put together, tracks are awesome, goodie bags (like you said) well thought out and always great things inside, and amazing vibe... not to mention that you get lunch afterwards as well...
