Don`t know if you can compare XT to XO. I wonder where SRAM X5 and X3 would fit in?

I think he is showing that XX is better then XTR which is better the XO which is better the XT which is better then X9. There is no equal, one is better then the other.

All I know is SRAM is supposedly better because it has a 1:1 ratio which is easier to fix and work with than Shimano which is a 1:2 ratio. Want any more info ask a Mechanic....LOL

I would say SRAM X5 is on the same level as Deore.

Can't really comment on the XTR and X0 stuff, but from my experience I prefer X9 to XT. When XT is nice and clean and lubed it works perfectly, much smoother than SRAM, but as soon as you add a bit of mud and water the SRAM stills functions the way it should, the XT not so much...
