redsnow Posted August 6, 2011 Share hello everyone, im new to the forums. I've been looking around for a new mountain bike for an entry level cyclist, I have about 1500 - 3000 rand to spend. Any suggestions? A few friends of mine have suggested these the Giant upland SE, the marin bolinas ridge and the GT avalanche 2.0. Are those good choices? and i need a good online site to buy the bike from as the local bike store in Richardsbay is a rip off! thanks

Danger Dassie Posted August 7, 2011 Share http://www.twowheelstrading.co.za/blog/post.cfm/serfas-bikes-now-in-stockhttp://www.serfasbikes.co.za/bikes.cfm?year=2011&prod=XCR3_2011 http://www.silverbacklab.com/mountain.htm ... Check the 'Mountain Sports' and possibly one or two of the 'Mountain Performance' http://www.probike.co.za/blogs/brandon/sneak-peak-at-2011-nomad-and-blade-bikes .... Possibly rebranded directly as 'Probike' or just Nomad. Either way, also good entry level options.
