Bike Registration Numbers

I am wanting to register both my bikes but am unable to find the registration numbers on the frames.

Could any body help and tell me where these numbers could be put?

If there are no numbers, where could I have some put on?

I have a Scott and a Giant Trance.

Should be under the BB, sometimes on the side of the head tube.
