ADe Posted August 16, 2011 Share I completed the TB over the weekend. After many hours of training my fitness levels are the best its ever been. Now I want to get stronger and faster. How should I go about my training also considering that I am now switching to road biking?

BigGuy Posted August 16, 2011 Share As with any goal in life you need a plan. Get a coach to assist or otherwise if you can get one of Joe Friel's training guides.

GLuvsMtb Posted August 16, 2011 Share Take 10 days off. A ride like TB will make you strong, but slow. You will initially struggle with fast accellerations and responding to attacks on the road bike so work on more explosive training techniques.
