Argon E-114 Distrubutor in SA

Need your help please. Have an Argon E-114 TT bike and need some more the of the spacers below the arms pads.

 

Does anyones:

1) know a shop that sells them

or

2) know a contact person who is Argon dealer/distributor in SA.
