Coetzenburg Sport Campus, Stellenbosch

 

 

Format:

 

1) Full Duo – 24km MTB (2 laps) & 10km trail run (2 laps).

Start at 08h30

2) Half Duo – 12km MTB & 5km trail run. Start at 09h00

3) Kids duo – 1km MTB & 400m run. Start at 10h00

 

Age groups:

 

1) Full Duo – Open, Veterans

2) Half Duo – Open, Veterans and Juniors aged 15-19 years

3) Kids Duo – Children under 15 years of age

 

Entries:

 

1) On line entries can be done at www.4x4teambuilding.com or at

www.enteronline.co.za

2) Pre-entries at the BMT Shop, located in the Black Horse

Centre in Dorp Street, Stellenbosch.

3) Late entries on race day, 06h00-07h30 at the registration area.

 

Registration:

 

1) At BMT shop Friday 26 August, 09h00-17h00

2) At the venue Saturday 27 August, 06h00-08h00

 

Entry fees:

 

Full Duo: R200pp

Half Duo: R100pp

Juniors: R100pp

Kids: R50pp

 

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Medals to all finishers

Spot prizes afterwards

No helmet, no ride
