I FLY Posted August 25, 2011 Share Yesterday I was riding the 5kms from my office in Jet Park to Rhodesfield station. I saw a commuter running very fast but very comfortably. I slowed down and spoke to him about his commute. He runs between Jet Park and Thembisa everyday of the week. I am not sure of the exact distances but he seem to think each leg was 30kms. That is a weekly running regime of 300 kms. He had no waterbottle so it was a dry run. His next race is City to City (50km ultra). I rode the rest of my commute in absolute awe. Soggy Posted August 25, 2011 Share That is insane man!! I ran the Two Oceans half marathon two years ago and that was only 21.2km. It took my legs a few days to recover from that run. That is insane endurance! Respect! Edited August 25, 2011 by Soggy

Chubba Posted August 25, 2011 Share That’s well impressive. Similar to the beginning of Haile Gebrselassie.
