Yes, I know it sounds too good to be true, but i'm not paying in for once.

What would you do? Blow it on you bike, or save it?

put it in a monkeymarket or something so atleast you can gain some interest on it....take it as start-up capital from SARS :)

Buy a new bike - help the bicycle industry, look at it as a charitable act. Is that not claimable for next year?

The recession is gonna get worse, I understand.

Buy something useful from the ol' bike shop and invest the rest.

UNLESS YOUR CURRENT BIKE IS REALLY BEYOND ITS TIME.

I would blow it all on booze and women with questionable morals!

I spent my money on woman and booze, the rest I wasted :D

Edit: To the OP get the bike...life is too short

depends on how much.shares are quite low at the moment so if you buy good shares and leave them for a few years you might be able to buy your bike from the dividends and if you have to pay in to sars you can always sell the shares on short notice.my last 2 bikes are curtesy of my friend Mr Rupert.

I have a better solution - donate the money (to me of course) - then I can buy a better bike, and you won't have to be disappointed by choosing the wrong bike for yourself

Buy yourself a new ride man!

I have just started my own pyramid scheme, the returns are unbelievable!!!!! you will be able to retire in 3 years max :P

Or you can invest in (my) bond(s) - 7.8% per annum....... those sort of returns are unheard of
