Meet our two Huskies: Wolraad Woltemade (we just call him Wollie). He is about 9 years old now. The younger one is Rambo... (definitief nie n polisiehond nie) He is 5 years old. We got Rambo when he was 6 weeks old (last photo)

Thanks Mons100, they are a handful! Huskies are very energetic and they need a lot of attention.

Everyone thinks the breed that they own is the best...Except Maltese poodles, no-one likes Maltese poodles....

 

Ag shame...luckily I'm different and love my maltese

Sorri i dont have a cute pic of him to show you

He lives with my in laws now and is 15 yrs old....

We rescued him when he was a few weeks old from a neighbour who did not how to look after dogs

 

Love all the dog pics here, they really are mans best friend

Beautiful - Do Huskies get extreme hot in summer with their thick fur?

 

Thanks Bones, they do get hot, but they shed most of the undercoat in summer. We dont run them in summer though.

Oh ok - Do you have a pool, and if so do you climb in it to cool down ?
