ricochet_rabbit Posted September 30, 2011 Share Plyometric exercises, essentially most of those exercises you did as a kid at football or rugby practice, will benefit you in some way. The exercises would assist in keeping a better balance between cycling and non-cycling muscles thus reducing injuries.
