Why?

 

Just got back from Namibia last friday , no training ! Done this race on the fly 2 years ago and it was not fun .

you need a good set of lungs :D

 

Altitude gained for the 3 stages

Race - 4670m

Challenge - 3580m

So who is doing the Isuzu 3 Towers in Mankele next weekend?

Im doing for the second time,cant wait it really is a good weekend.

i've been off the bike for 5 months (a couple of doctors practised their skills on me shoulder and me leg), back on with intermittent training (little bit indoor trainer, and week-end riding) for 2 months now. Have been invited to ride as a cancellation replacement.

 

I'm worried about whether I'm fit enough - there are huge mountains there! :(

Just get over the first hill everyday and you should be ok .

Yes min dae...got a spare tyre this weekend and tried some hammer recovery(Dont want to find out there that my tummy doesnt schmaak it)

 

Would be nice to put some faces to hubbers, I will be on my GF hi-fi pro having a jol, come say howzit :thumbup:
