Fritz Pienaar Cycles bought out?

Just got a mail from Full Performance Cycles, and they told me that they are the new FPC? How did this happen? I always enjoyed FPC, they gave me GREAT service and always went the extra miles. I am sure that Full Performance cycles will be the same, but it makes me wonder why the original FPC changed name and owners?

Meh?

You were lucky to get good service, my experiences at Cambridge Crossing were somewhat different.

Hopefully things will improve.

How the mighty have fallen.

I think the online shop - "buycycling" and the race organising are more profitable than owning physical bikeshops

Do you also receive emails regarding the "closed" meetings?

Isn't it only the Paulshof branch? Was there a few weeks ago and asked why the shop was so empty. Was told new owners were taking it over.. That location has changed owners many times, heck even CL started there once upon a time.

Well it's new owners, so nothing untoward about that, informing the client base of a change of hands.
