The Saint Posted November 1, 2011 Share Go get a blood test done, test for sodium, zinc, iron all can cause you to be dizzy and have headaches if there is a deficiency. It is also common for athletes who train a lot to have a deficiency in all three of these elements.
AndreZA Posted November 1, 2011 Share Have you spine checked out. When I get headaches I go for an adjustment and it's fine again. Take about 20 seconds and R360 to adjust me but it is worth it. Solved my knee problems aswell.

Robrider Posted November 2, 2011 Share Uuuuummm.... don't take medical advise off the internet. Go to a doc. There is a reason they study for 10 years.
